What happens after my stream ends?
Rewind Live processes the recording and adds it to your private library. Open Recordings to watch it back or start editing. Longer shows can take more time to appear.
Do I have to download the entire recording?
No. Watch and edit in your browser, then download the clip or compilation you want to share.
How do the included hours work?
Each plan has a monthly allowance for incoming live video and a separate allowance for recordings in storage. Both are shown in the table above. For more capacity or 24/7 broadcasting, ask your service administrator about add-ons or a suitable plan.
Does “keep indefinitely” mean unlimited storage?
Your recordings do not expire because of their age on that plan. The stored-hour allowance still applies. Keep a separate backup of anything essential to your business.
How do I choose or change a plan?
Create an account and choose a plan to get started. Already subscribed? Open Plan & billing in your workspace, then use Manage billing to see your available subscription changes.
