Connect an assistant
Create a key in Settings and point your assistant at this workspace.
Create a key
Sign in, open Settings, and find MCP. Add a label such as “My assistant,” then select Create token. Copy the token when it appears. It is shown once and starts with rw_.
Anyone with that token can use your workspace's assistant tools. Treat it like a password. If you lose it, create a new one and revoke the old label.
Point the assistant here
The workspace address is https://liverewind.xyz/mcp. Send the key on every request as Authorization: Bearer rw_….
Give the assistant the instruction file at liverewind.xyz/agents/prompt.md. This page repeats that address for the site you have open. rewind.thirdcoast.systems and www.liverewind.xyz send you here.
What it can do
Ask the assistant to read the instruction file before it calls tools. The server's tool list is the authority. If a tool named in the file is missing from that list, the assistant should not call it.
It can work with recordings already in your workspace: find a moment and cut a clip, assemble a Stitch project, write show notes, and read or update the wiki. It should call whoami first and stay in that workspace.
A suggested clip is a spoken beat from the recording. The assistant should not invent timestamps, and it should not widen a beat to a whole chapter.
What it cannot do
This workspace does not pull videos in from another site. Recordings come from your live shows. The assistant also should not delete recordings or media.
If a tool is refused, it is not a hidden command. Create a new token only when the key itself is missing or revoked. A refused tool stays refused.
If it cannot connect
Confirm the assistant is using https and the /mcp path above, and that the header is Authorization: Bearer plus the full rw_ token. A token copied with a missing character will not sign in.
Create a new token in Settings if the first one was closed before you copied it. Then point the assistant at /agents/prompt.md again.
