Your workspace wiki
Keep shared context, linked pages, and revision history.
Wiki
The workspace wiki is a shared set of pages for durable notes about recordings, shows, people, and topics. Open Wiki to browse the page tree, search pages, and follow linked references.
Use a page for context that should outlive one rundown. Keep moment-specific timing in a show note or recording reference so another editor can open the source and review it. Private recordings are available according to workspace membership and role; a wiki link does not grant access to a recording.
Keep useful context
Give each page a clear title and place it in the appropriate tree. Link related pages so a teammate can follow the discussion without searching through old rundowns. Search looks within your workspace, including page titles and text.
Review changes
Save an edit with a short explanation of what changed. A page's history records its revisions. If another editor saves first, reload the current revision before applying your changes.
Pages, search results, and backlinks stay within your workspace. A wiki link does not give someone permission to watch a private recording.
